Is staccato worth it.

Not my 1st 2011, had a DVC Carry that I sold to buy a WC EDCx9 While looking at the XC I was super intrigued by all the videos online of guys shooting sub two-second Bill Drills and I started dreaming "That could be me!". Today we take another look at the flagship pistol from Staccato, The Staccato XC their 5' compensated 9mm 2011 pistol. The last one we borrowed from my good ...You'll be happy. Clean and lube it prior to shooting, Give it 250 rds of break in, clean and lube again, and you'll be good to go! I did the same regimen with my Staccatos that I do with all my pistols. Lube before each session and clean at 1000 rounds, although I'm now doing 5000 rounds on my Glocks.The staccato stuff is as good as anything else as far as the quality of the parts. Staccato internals are all wire edm cut from billet and dlc coated. A good gunsmith can do the same stuff with the factory parts that they can with good aftermarket parts. That being said if you like the looks or just want to do it EGW stuff is top notch.So much for what people know. The CS takes all of these attributes and adds to them with a metal flat faced trigger. The trigger shoe is fit excellently into the frame with very little play. I hope in the not to distant future these become standard across the Staccato range.

The Wilson is thinner and over an inch shorter in height, it will conceal better. The Cs isn't that small and I'm likely selling mine. It has a subcompact barrel with a height taller than a Glock 17 which makes zero sense for me.

The Zev P226 is a great shooter. Mine is stock and doesnt have a comp but comparing Glocks to the P226 platform is criminal, as the P226 is one of the best of all hand guns IMO. 😁👍.
