New GT4 allocations were just released to dealers today so you might be able to find one available by calling around if you'd actually be interested. Otherwise I'd just wait for the next round of 991.2 GT3/RSs at this point if nothing attractive pops up on the used market. The 997 GT market is too high for me to be interested now.

Sorry don’t know, bought mine outright. I’ve had a few 911’s and most recently a 718 GTS in crayon (chalk) which was fantastic and sold for £73k through RPM. My local dealer had a drop out and I stepped in to take their last GT4 allocation! There shouldn’t be many Arctic Grey (non RS) GT4’s in existence, which may help hold value.

I put my name on allocation list on 2/15/21. $1k deposit was required. I received my allocation for my 2022 Cayman GTS 4.0 on 4/1/21. Original lock date for my spec was 5/28, but got pushed to 6/14. Original delivery date to my local dealer (in Ann Arbor, Michigan), was scheduled for the first week of August.
