Why do my voicemails not show up.
When he was done, my list of voice mail messages wasn't showing up. i had old important messages there that i needed access to. He said they would come back. A few of them did come back, going back less than a month . He said wait a couple of hours, the rest would come in. They didn't. i called back and got tech support, but he couldn't help me.

I tried the suggestion above for a known voicemail that is not showing up, accessing the *86 feature. From there I can access the voicemail, but it still doesn't show up on my phones visual list of notifications. The original incoming call does show up, just not the message that was left. I tried recently rebooting the phone. No change.
