SKSE.exe needs to be in the same folder as Skyrim.exe. I don’t know where Vortex shows similar errors, but MO2 will notify you of out of date SKSE plugins and other errors in a UI element marked with a big exclamation point. Last time I ran with Simply Knock SE I crashed due to incompatibility.

I'm using Vortex, LOOT, SSEEdit, Mator Smash and FNIS. Loot says no warnings, no errors, no bad plugins. But I can't figure out what solves this problem.

With my task manager, the skyrim se disappeared. When i run my FNIS, it says a thing call 0_master.hkx is missing. I find a one call 0_master.hkx.vortexbackup and i delete the .vortexbackup and turn the doc to a hkx. Is that the problem which cause my game crash? I am new to the game. Thanks for your suggestion.
