Reduvia +9 is just shy of 100 bleed for me and Misericorde +24 at over 110. I have 60 arcane. You can even combo it for multiple projectiles. The only downside is the high FP and Stamina cost. Overall, Reduvia Blood Blade is a fantastic weapon worth getting.
