Also depends if you want to wait for either FX or Huohuo rerun for a different type of sustain other than shielder. Acheron and Jingliu can handle 1 team each as endgame contents like MoC and PF usually requires 2 team. Personally I'm leaning towards Jingliu.

Of course, you can always just wait for Acheron's rerun, but by then newer characters (especially her supports) will be on the horizon, so you're back to the 'I don't have her supports yet' situation like you currently do with Jingliu.
