It only processes other applications like travel, EAD etc. NBC will review your I-485, verify that all documents are attached with the application and prepare your I-485 for a field office (nearest USCIS office from your location). Here’s another sample I-485 EB approval which was filed in July 2021. I-140 was approved in late July 2021. Case was transferred to National Benefits Center in April 2022.
