"Taken" just means your quick results are available if you wanted to buy them.Something about it definitely feels a little off. However, the info in the report looks correct, and it's the same picture that they took at the test center, and the correct test date and all the other info on it looks right, I just think it's weird I got the official results before the unofficial results and that it was via email!
