Jumper on the 10th Street Bridge. What was up with the guy on the top of the 10th Street Bridge Wednesday Evening? Loads of cops and EMS had the whole thing shutdown. I don't know if it was a jumper or not, I just wanted to grab people's attention. In need of some answers. From what I heard it was a jumper. Not sure how it played out though.
