The FFXI directory is at C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\ffxi\SquareEnix\FINAL FANTASY XI\ instead of it's normal place. Also, Windower should work fine with it, at least it did on my system, can't remember if I had to change anything to get it working though.
