Netgear also couldn't figure out why my "password(E02 code) was incorrect. Honeywell sent a new thermostat. Ince again Honeywell & Netgear couldn't figure out the issue. I tried in total 3 thermostats(2 new) & two routers(1 new) with the same result. Netgear finally suggested getting a different thermostat because of compatibility problems.
