You can get ATM gear pretty easily, then put apotheosis affixes on it with reforging station, and be OP. Enchants, too. And it's indestructible, ignoring the other bonuses the armor gives you. Don't have any guides specifically, but you CAN ...

There is very little benefit to using silent gear, especially on a pickaxe. You can get max speed on an ATM pickaxe w/ enchants and apotheosis, easily enough. Going through any extra hassle isn't worth it, imo. You can get ATM in less than half an hour from starting, if you really wanted to.
