Edit: Answered! The main menu where you see other tabs -> Mods. TBH, I never even noticed this. I immediately just tunnel into skirmishes when I start the game. I came across a comment that mentioned a mod called " AI +25% resources." I would like to make my skirmishes more challenging by trying this mod. However, I'm having trouble finding it.
