After I claimed the Reward, I got email at 7pm with subject "Thanks, here is your Xfinity order confirmation", which tells me it has added PEACOCK Premium to my services at a rate of $0.00. Okay, been on the DM for an hour and 20 minutes and still no solution. I was also in email contact with Peacock and they said I have premium plus. Well, I do/did not - had peacock premium from xfinity and paid $5/month for ad-free, but they read it as premium plus on the account and xfinity only offers premium.
