I have experienced a positive work environment, with management that has been beyond helpful, fair, communicates well, and is willing to educate when ever needed.They all arrived in excellent condition. One box coming from the Metzer Farm in Ca. and the other from the Metzer Hatchery in Tenn. Duck parenting is new to me. I was a bit hesitant to order ducks through the Mail but my experience was great.
