I just got back into Skyrim, having beaten the main quest some time ago and decided to finally play the DLC since the Special Edition came out. After beating Dawnguard, I decided to finish this quest (Lost to the Ages) since I was at the point where I have 3 of the 4 shards and all I needed to do was find the fourth.Lost to the ages glitch. So, I solved the tonal lock, picked up the treasure and now I'm supposed to talk to Katria. Unfortunately she is trying to fight the centurion master, which is locked behind gates (not sure wether I was supposed to fight him). I ended up smithing Dwarven Arrows and quickly got my smithing level to 100. atherial crown allows you to have two standing stones but takes helmet slot. Atherial staff is probably not worth it. and a sheild is not worth it for a two hander. the quest is not that great to do so its probably fine to give it a miss.
