Very siloed positions, very corporate feel, low pay. LifeStance acquires smaller mental health providers and changes the environment of those offices, moving staff to regional/national positions. LifeStance seems to be acquiring before they have a game plan on how to manage new acquisitions. I have really enjoyed working at LifeStance Health for the past 4-years and I love the support I get from both a local and national level. I have the support and trust from my team in Florida to succeed at my position and ultimately meet the needs of our patients. LifeStance has great flexibility and culture.
