If the line is there, regardless of intensity, put on a big smile. I got my BFP at 11DPO. It was very faint, so I took every test I had in the house to be sure. I tested again a week later and the test line came up faster (not to mention darker) than the control. A few days makes all the difference! Congrats!

But this morning I did a FRER and got a VERY VERY faint second line, but visible and it appeared in about 3 mins. I've never really used FRER's before, only ICs.

peperethecat · 20/05/2020 13:21. I think the 12 DPO thing is largely a myth. In reality anything that implants 11 DPO or later is likely to miscarry, unfortunately. Most people with ongoing viable pregnancies who reckon they didn't get a positive test until their period was late are wrong about when they ovulated.

An evap line is a line that appears well after the time limit of the test after the urine has evaporated. It is usually greyish, not the color that the test should be (blue or pink).
