I suggest 28-2 on auto. You get a decent amount of blue gems from the enemies and it's a short stage, making the farm quicker. Also, it's pretty good for link levelling, so you can both farm the blue gems and link level at the same time. Is there a better stage or is the grind just that rough? 28-1 is much better. You get 6-8 per run. 28-4, but you need to get lucky and have the cloud send you on the path with all the question marks, each one is 2 gems, you can get up to 16, plus the one from beating the boss. RNG is a bitch, huh?

People have talked about it. You just may not have seen it. Since the quest mode update there's been a lot of posts about the stages where you can get more gems dropped. Sometimes they get buried under other posts.
