Sounds like a lot of folks are getting stuck at roughly this point in the quest, but I haven't found any posts by anyone having this exact issue. When I fly to Venus, there is nothing there. No asteroids, no zealot ships, no dialogue from Sarah. Just a waypoint in space near the planet that has nothing.
