I’m currently waiting on the car I ordered, and I decided not to get Carvana Care. I know it’s technically rolling the dice, but I’ll be bringing the car to a dealership well within those first 7 days. I know this is a super old post but honestly my experience with silverrock and my own audi dealer has been incredible. From control arms (because bushings were starting to crack) to every hose, o-ring, thermostat, water pump..etc etc under the supercharger. Some long wait times sometimes but my dealer keeps me happy with a loaner. Yes. People need to realize that carvana or silverock warranties will only pay for vehicles that are disabled or not drivable.
