New RXOM. After just 18 months I've been promoted to RXOM at a new store (new to me) it's much smaller and in a rural area. From what I gather and all I've been told so far is "they just need structure" pretty much they all know what to do, but don't if someone's not telling them to.RXOM is a pathway to store manager. If you want a store then yes, it's probably worth it, even though many aspects of the job will suck. If you have no interest in becoming SM, then I'd NOPE right out that offer. Rxom is good if you want manager experience. Its also good if the rxm allows you to be an actual rxom.
