The 15th wish is almost definitely a reflection of The Last Wish. It’s a code to repeat a wish same as the others. The Last Wish was the one we made when we killed Riven, but it also fulfilled savathuns wish, so both essentially are fulfilled together as the last wish.

The Wall of Wishes are not really that important. 1-14 only impact things within the Raid, and they range from teleporting the fireteam to a checkpoint in the raid to having Drifter and Failsafe drop in.
