Everytime we try to play something it starts skipping and it's unwatchable. I've tried resetting the modem and the set top box (on demand doesn't work on all 4 boxes). Finally I called last night. We just signed up for Ultimate HD and now get Showtime, The Movie Channel & Epix. Are we now able to view Showtime, TMC & Epix On Demand Movies for free?
