If I go with the 30S I'll be using the 9 round mags so size/weight is close enough to be of little concern. I was pretty set on the 30S. The three main factors that have me considering another 26 are lower recoil, cheaper ammo and availability of factory glock threaded barrels rather than aftermarket only for the 30S.

It is my understanding that the Gen 4 models without any backstrap installed has the same reach as the SF frames.
