Ram 1500 clicking noise when starting.

Found out it was all due to corrosion in the main wire harness that goes into the PCM, after they fixed the plug, they found the main PCM was corroded as well, and had to replace that. 2012 Patriot 113K miles. Whenever I turn on any of the heater/AC fan functions I get a very loud clicking noise from under the passenger side dash. Clicking really doesn't describe it properly since it's loud. When I am stopped, then accelerate, there is a definite "clunk" sound from the front end of my truck. It doesn't happen every single time, but enough to where I think this may be an issue.
