My insurance considers them out of network, but I still get a partial benefit of 75 towards my first lenses and frames. Costco was running a buy 1 get 50 dollars off your second pair deal. I picked out a nice quality frame, titanium, made in Japan, for 59.99 and a pair of nifty Kirkland frames also 59.99.Fo back and show them the glasses.I have not had that problem.
