Both are fine pistols. The P320 is wider and heavier. That helps the P320 shoot better in my opinion but it is harder to conceal. Not hard to conceal but harder than my P365. I have a Hellcat Pro which is about the same size as the P365 XL. If I were to get only 1 I'd get the size of the P365 X or XL. Probably the XL.

It looks like Sig is now making the Compacts with the 3.9" barrel rather than the earlier 3.6" version. Even then the Compact was but .2" shorter in height and .3" shorter in OA length.
