Easiest to obtain is the Budget Unkillable team. There you only need 2 specific champs (Painkeeper and Maneater). Then you add 3 DPS champs that dont mess with the turnmeter on their A1. (Although some people can make Ninja fly in such teams) But be warned! It is way more difficult than the CCs make it seem.
As far as I can tell messing around with the calc you need betwen 285.79 and 286.27 speed to work. Two alternatives I can see is using 0 speed sets and getting 286 speed, or using 2 perception 1 speed set with lore of steel and getting 286 speed (comes out to 285.79) Edit: 287 speed with swift parry and lore of steel works too. 2. For clan boss in general you'll want 1 brimstone, 1 cruelty, and 3 phantom touches. The speed isn't an issue specifically for phantom touch since you get more speed for all of the 6 star blessings so you will have to fix that regardless.
