If you lay down for 30-45 mins and stand up and liquid still comes out then yes. Go. Mucus plug doesn’t mean labor though. It can regenerate. It’s really up to you ...sometimes it takes a few hours to contract but me personally I’ll go in only because labor can happen quickly & im scared to deliver at home lol.ericamaj2. I started losing chunks of mine at 36 weeks. Went on to have a spontaneous labor that started on 39+1. I had blood in the mucus plug the day before labor started so I’m assuming that was “bloody show”.
