Prior to around 1986, the 90 degree crossflows were hp rated at the crank. After that, they were rated at the prop, meaning the crank hp was actually 7-10% lower vs the prop rating.. Those 115 looper engines are all prop rated and will outrun an earlier 115 crank rated engine.
