I bought 3 tickets back in March for the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks, totalling $400. (I know buying directly from RR is better but they sold out immediately). I still don't have the tickets, and I have chatted with customer service like once a month since I bought them. They are not being helpful, saying they'll talk to the seller.
