After some pushing, I got the local dealership to read the codes while I was there and the cam position sensors are faulting (P0340 and P0365 if memory serves). There was a third code, but I don't remember what it was.

Without a cam signal the PCM won't send a spark signal to the coils. Make sure it is turning when you crank the engine. The pulse ring (half circle part) needs to be checked.
