I have tried using Adobe's feature text to speech feature, but it keeps saying "text not available." I have also tried converting the PDFs to word documents with the hope that I could put it into speech readers that way, except the "conversion keeps failing." If anyone knows of any software/technology that can read PDFs aloud, please share.
