I ran the new colosseum a bit (wizard about 6m dmg with totems, found on 2nd map) and noticed you can farm money really fast there if you get 3 gold chests (about 18-20mil points needed? Probably less). 1 Run gives about 30 dementia coins, which for me at least is pretty nice.
