I agree that it's for harder difficulties, those that you can't steam roll. Up to something like Hero Nightfall, Nezarec's Sin + Graviton Lance/Funnelweb/Gnawing Hunger for a Void build is better IMO. You will very rarely see Nezarac’s yet will often see CHol in Day 1 raids and GMs for example. Doesn’t mean people don’t us it and Nez is great.
