This is a BEAUTIFUL truck that has been very well maintained. I drive this truck everyday and have never had a single problem out of it. 2003 F350 SuperDuty 6' bed. XLT Offroad Pkge. 7.3 powerstoke. 142xxx miles (will go up because i drive it everyday) 8" BDS suspension lift. 37x13.50 Nitto Mud Grapplers. 18" KMC XD Hoss wheels.
Built to be the ultimate work rig, this F-350 Tremor is on a Carli Suspension Backcountry level with all the options, factory rear leaf packs, and a set of 3...I had 7.3 with basically 35s, going from 3.73 to a 4.30 gearing was fantastic, with 37s your net would be slightly lower than 4.10 gearing on a stock tire. I think 4.56 would be too tall, I'd recommend 4.30, good balance for towing and mpgs. Excessive scrub radius will also shorten the life of your wheel bearings and ball joints. For JL Rubicons with their wider axles, 4.5" to 4.7" backspacing is ideal for 37" tires. Less backspacing is required for larger tires such as 40s. My 6.5 lift and 37" tire rub under heavey wheeling. They do rub on full turn on the leafsprings but that's because the are 14" wide. I beleive if I had 12 or 12.5 wide they wouldn't rub on the leafsprings. The only way I see you could run 37"s with 4" of lift is as stated, by trimming your fender wells.

I personally wouldn't even go that big. My truck has a 4.5 inch lift with 355/40s and rubs bad. 2006 F-250 King Ranch 6.0 // SCT, 4 in straight pipe, EGR Delete, ARP Studs / 22x14 on 355 ...USA. There are dozens of folks on FB groups who confirmed that 37 12.50s still rub on the sway bar. So while 37s clear the control arms they don’t always clear the sway bar on 23s.
