I tried the hawks and I’ve tried Oleg and the skeletal militiamen, I’m just wondering if there are any that don’t immediately die to him. I’d recommend the mimic tear. What i did was upgrade the spear you get at the fight 3 or 4 times then used the mimic tear ashes during the second phase and he just got destroyed.

It's not super low but you don't have some kind of advantage there. Can upgrade the spear. During the rain of burning skulls just focus on living, it will end eventually.
