I'm torn between the Wood TW-6-6 grind, which is a .510" lift and the TW-7H, which is a .575" lift. All other cam specs are identical.

All of these are available in chain drive but if the bike will be racking up miles I would go gear drive. If gear drive is prefered the Wood TW5 could work well too, but may be noisier than the rest.
