Jan 23, 2023 · It's been two years of me using Via. Currently it's the cheapest service which is why I still use it, yet my 1 star review remains. It's understandable, cheap prices mean lower quality rides. The drivers are okay, but the app is horrendous. You'll place the pickup somewhere and be told to walk 4 blocks elsewhere to actually get in the ride.
