Like many of us here waiting on PSLF, my loans got transferred to MOHELA and I went through consolidation. My payment counts were updated but they were missing payments from April of 2020 to July of 2022. I had called in November to ask where those missing payments were as they weren't counted as ineligible, they were just completely missing on the payment tracker.Months before the consolidation and any other months requiring the PSLF waiver review will not come until that review is complete on your account.
