The tiers of growth accelerators dont improve the speed more than inferium growth accelerators. Just range. So you want to max out inferium ones before moving on to Prudentium. I used Deep Mob Learning to get my first 8 essence. After that, harvesting the seed sometimes yields an extra seed, which can be uncrafted to give back the essence it's made of. If you want to utterly cheese mystical agriculture, four uncrafted inferium seeds produces enough essence to get your inferium seed to the next tier. The tiers are just powers of 4 so they go 1, 4, 16, 64... but 64 = 1 stack, so instead of making the math harder by continuing to do 64 x 4 x 4 etc, just switch to 1 stack, 4 stack, 16 stack.
