I was mulling whether to Suspend or Delete a card when I noticed the availability of Forget. I figured this out yesterday. I believe it just forgets all the progress made with that card (i.e. the intervals that have been set based on your reviews of the card). So it basically treats it as a new card and puts it at the back of your new card queue.
