ahud is probably at best for being a good looking, minimalistic clean HUD. FlatHUD is also clean but has a style you can like or not. ToonHUD for the amount of understandable customizability it gives to the user. RaysHUD for the iconic TF2 feel. The hud would had to have been designed with ultrawide resolution in mind, which I'm sure it wasn't. Usually huds are made for 16:9, 16:10, or maybe 4:3 resolutions, but certainly not ultrawide since most people don't use that. Surprisingly, if you have a custom, community-made HUD that has simpler elements, it can boost your FPS. I used LightHUD, a HUD that claims to boost FPS. And over the normal TF2 HUD, I gained 2.7% performance!

Since the MvM update, I can't use it, because whenever I do, hl2.exe stops working at random intervals, making it extremely frustrating to play.
