I have experienced more outages the past three years than during the 55 years of my life before that. Power outages are routine, they used to be unusual. Dates on my PG and E phone notifications are Aug 30, Sept 18, Sept 19, Feb 21 (12 hour outage) and yesterday (28 hour outage). There were other outages that were shorter, with no notifications.
