I found out that it is associated with QV Tones (33.80mhz) The Tones are OK but the voice after the tones is a bit hard to understand.Setup Clmrn site you wish to stream then apply for bcall feed and get the info needed in 2 days. I would agree that the 198xxxx radios are likely Central CT State Univ. I would guess that they may be running the same IDs on their 858.7375 channel.
