Is anyone able to run TOTK at a locked 60fps? I have a 12600k with a 3080FE. On Ryujinx I can't get a stable 60 regardless of the graphic settings. On top of it the frame pacing is all over the pace and if I cap it below 60 or even at 30, it's very jittery. In contrast I was able to run BOTW on Cemu pretty much flawlessly at 60 or more.The 60fps mod for botw has the same cutscene and slowdown issues and that’s been around for a while, so I wouldn’t count on it getting fixed any time soon. This speed issues in shrines and cutscenes have been fixed a while ago. I think a couple of days after the leak when the first version of the mod came out.
BOTW runs 1080p/60fps on almost any PC with Cemu, stick with that until Yuzu has better emulation for it. On cemu works fairly well. I have a i7-10700 CPU, Nvidia RTX 2060 with 32GB RAM. That's about as powerful a pc that you're gonna need to run BOTW at a smooth, constant 30fps. I used the stable fps mod and activate Rivatuner statistics server, capped the FPS at 60fps with it. It was very smooth in my hardware, with only a few drops below 60, but with steady frame times. You can check the frame times using afterburner. (I recommend displaying the frame time graph, if there is a lot of variation, it doesn't feel smooth).
