Nothing. Lacquer is GREAT. It protects the steel case from rust way better than the crappy polymer Wolf is using now, and it increases the lubricity of the case... lacquer is smoother/more slick. The reason the steel cased ammo is "bad" for an AR, is because steel does not expand as well as brass.

If that still does not fix the problem, mechanical failure can be the cause. It can be in the hammer, cylinder, firing pin, or any other component. Looking at the blown casing makes me believe that the brass may be too thin to reliably retain the pressure. Even the firing pin dent on this one was flattened back to flush. I won't be buying any more Armscor Precision ammo based on this experience.
